A calm path from first call to move-in day.
Four steps. Weeks, not months, in most cases. Faster when a hospital discharge is on the clock.

Introduction
A relaxed 20–30 minute overview call. We learn about care needs, geographic preferences, budget, family dynamics — and answer whatever's on your mind about senior living generally. No pitch.
Assessment
An in-person or virtual assessment. Sometimes we bring a nurse if the care picture is complex. We also pull each candidate community's Maryland state licensing and inspection history so recommendations are grounded in the record — not brochure language.
Tours
When schedules allow, we accompany families on tours of the 2–4 strongest matches. We help you ask the questions families don't know to ask (staff turnover, activity actual attendance, weekend staffing, medication error protocols) and give you an honest post-tour debrief.
Transition
Paperwork help — admissions packets, financial disclosures, medical forms. Coordination with the community on move-in logistics. And a personal follow-up in the weeks after your loved one is settled to make sure things are going the way they should.

A short call with our team tends to be the most clarifying thing families do that week.
